Loved each and every part of this book. I will definitely recommend this book to non fiction, self help lovers. We do not guarantee that these techniques will work for you. Some of the techniques listed in You Are the Placebo: Making Your Mind Matter may require a sound knowledge of Hypnosis, users are advised to either leave those sections or must have a basic understanding of the subject before practicing them.

Some words to take to heart, some words to live by, some words to get more liberated in the pursuit of artistic endeavours. Definitely a good thing to read. You don't know it yet, but it's likely you need this book. This book seemed like the only official publication that was going to give me that so I finally bought it.
